Canon EOS 20D, 40D, and 60D cameras with a 500 mm f4 IS USM lens were used for many telephoto images. A 1.4X extender and/or extension tubes were added as needed.
Many images were also taken with Canon 100-400mm f4.5-5.6 IS USM and Canon 100mm f/2.8 USM Macro lenses.
For landscapes, birders, and some birds, I use a Sony Cyber-shot DSC 828 DSLR camera with a fixed 28-200mm Zeiss zoom lens.
